  • There is an increased chance of misuse and abuse as the information collected is with the AI engines which increases privacy concerns .
  • There is an increased potential of information getting hacked and stolen  as these AI systems are vulnerable to hacking , cyber attacks and data breach thus the lawyers need to make sure that their clients confidential information is being protected.
  •  The AI system is difficult and opaque which makes it difficult to  understand and goes against the tenant of transparency .
  •  The major threat is the unemployment that will be created in the legal sector.
